The Edmonton Oilers took to the ice for practice this morning with the goal of ending their first round series against the Los Angeles Kings, and coach Knoblauch is asking for a little more out of rookie forward Dylan Holloway.

Holloway has been elevated to the team's third line now, alongside Ryan McLeod and Corey Perry. ‘Hollywood' Holloway has brought an injection of youth, speed, and a hungry forecheck in the bottom six. It's brought some success to the fourth line, with Holloway chipping in two goals in game 3.

Now on the third line, Holloway will be tasked with some more checking assignments, and perhaps some more goals. Hopefully this move from Knoblauch can capitalize on his recent success, and help out the team even more.

Warren Foegele has been dropped down the the fourth line alongside Mattias Janmark and Derek Ryan to replace Holloway.

This group of top nine forwards may now be the Oilers best configuration with the emergence of Dylan Holloway and the arrival of playoff Evander Kane.

All season, Oilers fans were hoping to see Holloway be able to step into this role, and Kane find his power forward game again in the playoffs - both of these things are clicking now, and the Oilers have absolutely dominated Los Angeles so far. Tonight at 8:20 in Edmonton, the Oilers can punch their ticket to the second round with a win.
