Rookie goalie Arturs Silovs looks like he'll get the net for the third straight game, as the Canucks will look to put an end to the Predators season on Friday night.

The puck drops for Game 6 in Nashville at 4 PM PST, and the Canucks will have a second straight opportunity to eliminate the Preds and buy a round 2 date with the Edmonton Oilers.

Arturs Silovs was forced into his first playoff start in Game 4 as Casey DeSmith was dealing with a minor injury, and although it was expected the veteran DeSmith would eventually return to the starter role, Silovs is not giving up the net easily.

The Athletic's Thomas Drance said on Friday morning, Silovs was the first goalie off the ice at practice.

The rookie goalie has an impressive .904 save percentage and 2.57 GAA in his first two playoff starts, and he'll look to backstop the Canucks to a victory and ticket to round 2.
