Oilers teammates are beginning to show their emotions and their frustrations with one another after the team lost their 4th game in a row against the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-1 as forward Viktor Arvidsson showed against Jeff Skinner.

The goal in question happened at the beginning of the second as Brandon Hagel faced three Edmonton Oilers defenders and was not challenged at all who was leisure like and scored a backhanded goal against Stuart Skinner.

Viktor Arvidsson was quite emotional after second goal was scored

The play was completely blown by all three Oilers defenders as it appears Arvidsson raised his hands in disgust and disbelief after the second goal made the game 2-1 Lightning.
The Oilers continue to unravel during the game as they were outshot 36-24 and the lightning scored four unanswered goals which left the Oilers defeated and shaking their heads as the team continues to spiral downward with their fourth loss in a row.
The team is baffled by how poorly they're playing, and many felt that the team would continue its rise in the standings after going on an incredible run earlier in the winter.
Whether it's fatigue setting in or the Oilers simply have lost their edge due to the Four Nations face off break, many can't understand why the team has fallen on such hard times.

Trade deadline magnifying team's issues

As the losing streak continues, rumors continue to swirl around the organization on how general manager Stan Bowman will address the issues surrounding his team.
Many pundits in the NHL feel that this is a blip in the schedule and that the Oilers will get back to their ways sooner rather than later.
But with three terrible losses in the way they've been losing during this road trip, certainly has many scratching their heads and wondering how the team can pull itself out of this spiral.
Much like the start of the season, the Oilers will need to find a way to dig themselves out of this growing issue and turn things around quickly as there is less than two weeks to the trade deadline.
