It's hard to believe that a team that has Connor McDavid is battling to get back into the playoff picture. One things for sure it's not because of McDavid.

Ever since being drafted 1st overall by the Oilers in 2015, Oilers fans have been spoiled with his talent. McDavid who's now just hitting his prime just keeps getting better, being the first player to score 30 goals this season but last night McDavid did something truly special.

McDavid would score 1 goal and 4 assists in a 7-2 trashing of the Seattle Kraken. What makes this even more special then just a 5 point game? McDavid reached his 70th point in just his 37th game, and was the fastest to reach 70 points since the great Mario Lemieux in the 1995-96 season.

Connor McDavid would also save a goal deflecting a sure shot out of play for Stuart Skinner.
