The Edmonton Oilers and Winnipeg Jets met once again and unlike last night, it was Winnipeg who thumped Edmonton in a competitive 7-5 finish.

Jack Campbell was in the net tonight and took it personally as he held himself accountable for the loss.

jack campbell on the game: "it's disappointing. the guys played great and I've been working super hard feeling good going into the games. it's super disappointing to let them down. a couple I want back and that would've been the difference."

Jack Campbell is a team-first kind of player and never has thrown teammates under the bus and you can see how it affected him. At goal number four, you can see how stressed Campbell was tonight.

The game was tied up by the 2nd, but Leon Draisaitl and Dylan DeMelo attempted to keep the team in the game, but it just didn't seem to happen.

If Campbell wants to maintain the number 1 spot in the rotation, he's going to have to do better than Stuart Skinner, but at this point, it's hard to see after tonight. Post-season Jack Campbell needs to make a regular-season appearance.
