NHL Broadcaster Completely Disrespects Connor McDavid During Broadcast
When it comes to mentioning who the most exciting player in the NHL currently, nine times out of 10 NHL and Oilers megastar Connor McDavid is at the top of the list. But there's that one time when he's not which happened during a Florida Panthers Buffalo Sabres game when he was omitted in that category.
As it turns out, they felt Matthew Tkachuk is the most exciting player in the game followed by Buffalo Sabres forward Tage Thompson. Both forwards are having exceptional seasons with their respective teams.
Tkachuk has not skipped a beat since coming over from the Calgary Flames to the Florida Panthers and has played 42 games, with 22 goals, 34 assists for 56 points, and holds a + 8. Tage Thompson, on the other hand, has played 42 games as well and holds 31 goals and 27 assists for 58 points and is a + 12.
But, the stats don't lie along with game footage that Connor McDavid is the most exciting player to watch in the NHL he currently has played 45 games, with 37 goals, 46 assists for 83 points, and is a + 3. McDavid is on pace for another Hart trophy nomination and Rocket Richard scoring title.
That certainly cannot be overlooked and I feel was a misspoke.
