Jack Campbell got his first start between the pipes in quite some time on December 13th against the Nashville Predators, sadly for Campbell he let in the first shot of the game just minutes in but pulled together for the win.
A surprising decision has been made by Jay Woodcroft to start Campbell in goal tonight against the Nashville Predators once again.. why is this surprising you may ask? Stuart Skinner just got signed to an extension by the Oilers today, which only points fingers to him being the face of the franchises net for years to come.
This may be a ''one more chance'' shot for Campbell tonight, many Oilers insiders think.
