Evander Kane calls security mid-game to remove a fan
During last night's game against the Detroit Red Wings, Evander Kane was dealing with a personal problem while the game was going on. According to multiple posts by his ex-wife Anna Kane, Evander had her removed from the arena towards the end of the game.
Anna Kane documented the entire incident on her personal Instagram account, including the process of being led out of the arena, and even shared a security contact from the NHL
All in all, it's yet another public fiasco between these two, and yet another distraction to Evander's on-ice success. In recent weeks now, Kane's play has taken a serious turn for the worse. While dealing with a nagging groin injury, and still clearly problems in his personal life, Kane's offensive production has plummeted and he's been demoted to the third line. For the Oilers to have real success and a deep run in the playoffs, they need Kane at 100%.
