Does anyone else NOT have a problem w/what McDavid did here? Or even low key LOVED it? Just curious
Dave Staples of the Edmonton Journal wrote that former Oilers defenseman Chris Pronger loved the response that McDavid showed against Conor Garland and felt that this was needed more often in the game.

Other former NHLers including Jordan Schmaltz thinks there should not deserve a suspension but predicts that there is likely a one game suspension heading McDavid's way.

It's safe to say that former NHL players are in favor for what McDavid did and that the passion was shown once again as McDavid has grown as a player and continues to stoke that fierce intensity like the team did in the Stanley Cup finals last year.
