Chris Pronger and former NHLers speak on McDavid's response and suspension

Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid along with Vancouver Canucks defenseman Tyler Myers will have phone hearings regarding their cross-checking match penalties to which this caught the attention of several former NHL stars including Chris Pronger.
Does anyone else NOT have a problem w/what McDavid did here? Or even low key LOVED it? Just curious
Dave Staples of the Edmonton Journal wrote that former Oilers defenseman Chris Pronger loved the response that McDavid showed against Conor Garland and felt that this was needed more often in the game.
