Connor McDavid Emotional in Post Game Interview Hints at Future Plans with Oilers
and the NHL had a historic night recording his 1000th career point against the Nashville Predators last night, and in his emotional post-game interview, he hinted that he'll be staying in Edmonton for the rest of his career.
Speaking to Oilers reporter Tony Brar on the ice after the game, McDavid nearly got into tears while speaking about his experience in Edmonton. McDavid referenced himself as an old man now, and the process of growing up as an Oiler. It sounds like Edmonton is his true home now, and he'll be an Oiler for life.
