A couple weeks ago, Connor McDavid won the All Star Game Skills Competition. Well, with that comes a prize of $1 million.
And of course, McDavid already makes a little over $12 million a year. So while it would be nice to have it, he doesn't technically «need it.»
So, he's decided that he's going to give the $1 million to the Oilers' trainers when he receives the money.
«Connor McDavid says he hasn't received the $1million he won at the skills competition and when he does, he wants to take care of the trainers in Edmonton.»

This is very generous of Connor, as the trainers are such a huge part of every hockey team and deserve more recognition.
