Tempers flared up in Game 3 the Cup Final when Oilers forward Corey Perry chased down Matthew Tkachuk during the second period.

It seemed like a harmless exchange until Tkachuk said something that triggered Perry to skate after him. Perry refused to let up as he skated back to the bench, continuing his rant.

Perry has been looking to get back into the Finals and help his team to climb back into the series as the Oilers are looking for his vast playoffs experience with 5 Stanley cup finals with 5 different teams in his career. Bringing a pest attitude, especially against a team like the Panthers, would be a great way Perry can contribute on the fourth line. He even did play a key role in Broberg's goal tonight.

His offensive touch has been diminished this season and playoffs as he has only 1 assist in 14 games. Perry was signed by the Oilers in February after he was terminated from the Chicago Blackhawks, hoping to bring some playoff experience to the team. Perry brings experience, but maybe not the kind you want - he's lost with four different teams in the Cup Final recently.

The Panthers took game 3 on the road in Edmonton and now just need one more win to lift the Stanley Cup. If the Oilers want to come back in this series, they've brought upon themselves one of the hardest feats in all of sports - the 0-3 series comeback.
