BREAKING| The NHL is Hosting an Emergency Governors Meeting Right Now That May Affect 11 Teams
An emergency board of governors meeting will be held by the NHL on Wednesday, February 7, at (about 5:00 PM Eastern time).
This meeting is about a business called Sinclair Sports Group, which runs a number of NHL streaming services, some of which you may have even used to watch games. The Bally Sports Network is also a part of it.
BREAKING: The Diamond Sports subsidiary of Sinclair Broadcast Group has skipped a $140 million debt payment
If the company falls apart, which it is, these teams will lose their TV broadcasting deals:
