Boston Bruins Brad Marchand Reportedly Reveals The Oilers and Bruins Are Working on a Trade?

The Boston Bruins are sitting on top of the mountain as the kings of the NHL being first overall. Despite their place in the standings just like every other team in the NHL the Boston Bruins are looking to improve and further improve their chances of winning hockey's ultimate prize the Stanley Cup.

The Bruins have has some great teams over the past years but haven't won the Stanley Cup since 2011 over the Vancouver Canucks. They have came close losing to the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2015 Stanley Cup final, and again in 2019 to the St Louis Blues.

One player that the Bruins appear to be interested in is Edmonton Oilers forward Jesse Puljujarvi. Unfortunately for the Oilers Puljujärvi has yet to live up to his potential when he was taken 4th overall. The Oilers have been trying to trade Puljujärvi but haven't found anyone that's been willing to take him, however the Bruins look like they may.

What's interesting is Bruins Insider Brian McLaren would make this tweet suggesting Puljujärvi go to the Bruins and where he would fit in the Bruins lineup. Brad Marchand would react to the tweet his a hush emoji. We don't know if that's a hush don't tell anyone, or hush that's not happening.

I guess will have to wait and see but with a stacked Bruins team, Boston could be a perfect place for Puljujärvi to just be able to play without all the pressure he's had in Edmonton to succeed.
