Bruins players record being trapped in an elevator
As the holiday season becomes light on actual hockey content, we do get a look into the players' lives as they take the time off and share some of their personal lives with the fans. In a hilarious recent incident, both Bruins' goaltenders shared an experience of being trapped in an elevator.
Heading to a holiday party with Kevin Shattenkirk, both Jakub Lauko and Jeremy Swayman became stuck in an elevator when it stopped and the door wouldn't open.
Their Instagram posts show the two players banging against the elevator door and trying to make light of the situation. Fortunately, nobody was harmed, and both players made it out of the elevator and to the holiday party late. Later on, Lauko provided an update himself, perhaps teasing Swayman for his reaction a little bit.
The NHL will return to playing games tomorrow, as their three day holiday break comes to a close.
