With the Calgary Flames earning one point in their 3-4 overtime loss over the St.Louis Blues on Tuesday, and the Edmonton Oilers earning a huge two points in their 6-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks last night the Battle of Alberta is currently tied for wildcard playoff spots in the Pacific division. Connor McDavid started the Oilers dominating performance as he buried a beauty to make it a 3-1 game, which sparked the Oilers offence, rookie forward Trevor Zegras looked lost from McDavid's quick moves.
How is it possible that Connor McDavid continues to look better, and is already deemed one, if not the best there is out there? It's crazy to think where he will be in a few years time, as it already looks unfair when he's on the ice!
Even Hall of Famer Teemu Selanne had some words to say about McDavid's goal last night, and they are great:
Ladies and gentlemen Connor McDavid show in Anaheim💪wow never seen player like this
