However, have you ever wondered how much a piece of history is worth? An ardent fan of the Edmonton Oilers recently spent a considerable amount of money to acquire a game-worn helmet that McDavid donned during the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season. The said helmet was worn during the Oilers' 4-3 defeat against the LA Kings on May 2nd, 2022, where McDavid scored a goal and got an assist.
