Connor McDavid Smokes His Teammate in a Race While Skating Backwards
Without a doubt Connor McDavid is the leagues fastest skaters and it has been proven 3 times at previous NHL All-Star games, and also on multiple occasions. One of the most popular occasions contained footage of McDavid hitting the speed of 40 KM/HR on a goal against the Calgary Flames- it's truly insane!
Gene Principe revealed Connor McDavid and Tyson Barrie had a friendly race in the Oilers most recent practice, and obviously McDavid won, but in dramatic fashion.
Race in EdmontonOilers practice. Connor vs Tyson. Final few strides captain skated backwards to the finish line. He did Barrie him. All in good fun/pun.
