Don Cherry Sends a Message to Team Canada Before Their Opening Game Today
Today's schedule includes a lot of matches, starting with Finland vs Switzerland, followed by Sweden versus Austria, Latvia versus the United States of America, and last but not least, Czechia versus Canada for the day's closing match.
Don Cherry, a former head coach of the National Hockey League and the longstanding host of Coach's Corner, wrote a letter on Monday to the young men who would be representing his native Canada at the tournament. Through his social media, Cherry sent them a few encouraging words while making it clear who he will be supporting later today.
