Former NHL'er Forward Oli Jokinen had a very impressive career. Playing over 1,200 NHL games and racking up 750 points. Although Jokinen was 3rd overall, he might not of lived up to his full potential of that pick, but a solid career none the less.
So you have to respect Jokinen's opinion when he discusses other players around the League including Edmonton Oilers forward Jesse Puljujärvi.
Puljujärvi was drafted by the Oilers 4th overall in the 2016 draft but hasn't had much luck living up to that potential. The Oilers have been looking to move Puljujärvi but haven't found anyone that's willing to take a shot on him.
Jokinen still believes that Puljujärvi will be a star in this league suggesting a change of scenery could do him good.

Olli Jokinen knows what Jesse Puljujärvi is going through. The first 300 games were a sheer identity crisis.
"Sutter came to announce that I will never become a player in the top chain. Puljujarvi can do it with a change."
