Stanley Cup Champion Set to Auction off His Rings From The Montreal Canadiens
Mario Tremblay, the former head coach of the Montreal Canadiens, enjoyed a successful 12-year playing career filled with triumph.
He won the Stanley Cup five times and gained a reputation for his toughness, accumulating over 1000 penalty minutes in the NHL.
As a coach, he guided the Canadiens to two consecutive playoff appearances, though they were eliminated in the first round both times. Recently, Tremblay announced his decision to auction off three of his Stanley Cup rings, keeping the 1986 ring given to him by his late father.

This gesture reflects his desire to enjoy his remaining years and share his wealth with his family. Throughout his career, he played 852 games, scored 258 goals with 326 assists, and amassed 1043 penalty minutes, leaving an indelible mark on the game.
