The Bakersfield Condors are on the lookout for a new Head Equipment Manager following the departure of Al Oman, who had held the position since 2015.

Al Oman brought a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked with the Oklahoma City Barons in the American Hockey League. His contributions didn't go unnoticed, with a fan expressing his importance in a tweet: "Gonna be missed! He was every bit as important as the guys wearing the jersey. #godfather" [Link to Tweet].

Oman's career journey included stints with the ECHL's Florida Everblades and the CHL's Grande Valley Killer Bees, underlining his dedication to the sport.

Now, Al Oman is embarking on a new adventure in his career with the Philadelphia Flyers organization. He takes on the role of assistant equipment manager in the NHL, joining the team's efforts to strengthen their talent pool.
