Victim of Wheel Chair Obstruction Speaks Out About NHL GM's Son Who Caused The Damage
A woman named Sydney has come forward on Wednesday and confirmed that the viral video of Carson Briere, Danny Briere's son, pushing a wheelchair down a flight of stairs causing damage, was her wheelchair. The video can be seen here:
She posted a statement on social media regarding the money being raised to cover the damages caused by Carson Briere. She expressed her gratitude for all the help and donations, but also stated that she doesn't want to keep any of the donated money and would rather give it to those who need it. Carson and Danny Briere both released statements after the video went viral apologizing for Carson's actions, with Carson admitting to his lack of judgment. Their statements can be found here:
The school has also announced that the three men involved, Carson and his two friends, have been placed on interim suspension while an investigation is conducted. The announcement can be found here:
