Connor McDavid Leaks Major Info on Jay Woodcroft Signing With Another NHL Team
Jeff Jackson and the Edmonton Oilers recently fired Jay Woodcroft.
There is no denying that the front office made a rash decision in making Woodcroft the fall guy for another person's failure in the front office.
It's clear from Connor McDavid's recent interview that Woody's firing didn't sit well with him.
In the interview, he predicted that Jay Woodcroft and Dave Manson would eventually return to the NHL.

However, he mentioned how much he enjoyed playing for Woody and Manson, but dispelled the narrative provided by Ken Holland that players had been informed of their decision beforehand.
Currently, the Oilers are 3-9-1 and the shake-up was surprising even to the team's Captain, as he held back with the interviewer during the interview.

In the long run, Holland and Jackson dirty Woody and Manson, and Holland deserves some accountability too, but he has found a way to evade accountability this offseason.
