It appears that the Connor McDavid we are all accustomed to and love is back with a vengeance. After his slow start he has regained his form especially under new head coach Kris Knoblauch.
That was apparent as McDavid showed the home crowd his extreme skill set and goal scoring ability.
During a breakout of their own end McDavid took charge and carried it end to end while completely undressing the entire Minnesota team with a beauty of a goal.
The Oilers beat the Wild in a tight contest 4-3 had her now winners of the last six in a row. Watching McDavid do these moves and have 21 points in eight games gives confidence that the Oilers have turn the corner and are now on the rise once again.
The Oilers will now turn their attention to the Hughes brothers and a highly anticipated matchup against the New Jersey Devils. Game time will be 5:00 PM eastern.
