It seems if the Oilers wanted to pursue Henrique, it would cost them at least a first. If I were Ken Holland, I think that may be a total non-starter for trade talks. Henrique has a premium cost on him because of the amount of contenders who need help at center, which is unfortunate for Edmonton because they would be paying him only to be a winger for them.
For the Oilers to pay a first for Henrique, Anaheim would definitely have to retain 50% of his salary. That would put Henrique at $2.9M for this year, and would be much more doable for the Oilers. Henrique has 32 points in 48 games this season, on a very poor Ducks team. He could be a very useful addition to the Oilers, but it's up to debate whether he would be a good enough addition to warrant getting rid of a first. If the Oilers don't see anyone else that they could target, they may end up pulling the trigger on a Henrique deal, which it seems like the Ducks would be enthusiastic to get done.
