Today the Edmonton Oilers and Seattle Kraken will face off for a matinee game, and they'll be looking to settle scores from their previous game which got incredible heated. Kraken forward Yanni Gourde proved to be a menace with a few dirty hits in the game, and Oilers defenceman Mattias Ekholm is looking to get him back during today's game.

Last time they faced off, Ekholm and Gourde got into a battle as Goirde was racing around the ice throwing hits and digging at Skinner. Even in the penalty box, Ekholm was yelling a pointed message back at Gourde.

Kraken and Oilers meet for the first time since Mattias Ekholm appeared to tell Yanni Gourde "you're ****ed next game."

Wonder if Ekholm tries to settle a score today.

During that game, Yanni Gourde charged Mattias Ekholm with a brutal hit behind the net. Moments after, the Oilers went after Gourde in a scrum, and he was given a match penalty and a two game suspension.

We'll have to see today if the Oilers are out to get Gourde remembering their last match.
