There is no surprise here as the Flames players were just not clicking with Darryl's coaching style anymore, due to the fact that just yelling at your team doesn't work the way it used to. A lot of the younger players can't play under that kind of rough coaching style, as it is to old school for today's fast pace game. This may be the reason that Johnny Gaudreau and
Matthew Tkachuk moved on from the Flames, obviously there were other reasons at play but Darryl Sutter may have been a big part in the change.
