BREAKING!!! FLYERS AND OILERS MIGHT BE PULLING OFF A BLOCKBUSTER TRADE RIGHT NOW

The Edmonton Oilers and Philadelphia Flyers have been linked to each other in the trade speculation category for the past few weeks, NHL insider stated it involves former top-10 overall defensemen Ivan Provorov, who is the second best defensemen on the trade market beside Jakob Chychrun.

Edmonton Oilers own Bob Stauffer stated the Oilers are connected to Ivan Provorov.

Oddly enough, the Philadelphia Flyers had some interesting news before the game.. Ivan Provorov would be healthy scratched, and was set to miss his first game ever, he is fully healthy. Another defensemen, Justin Braun, took the Flyers warmups in place of Provorov.

TO ADD: The Oilers have scratched Jesse Puljujarvi tonight, for the first time this year as well and Elliotte Friedman has stated that the trade chatter is ''picking up''.

Just after warmups finished, Ivan Provorov randomly appeared on the ice and is taking play, in a ''last second'' scenario, the defensemen who was replacing Provorov is now scratched. Team's usually hold out their assets if they are involved in trade talks, so this is quite interesting to see.
