When it comes to hockey games many of the fans who attend games like to have a good time and unwind. That also usually includes some cold ones during the game. But that could become an issue if you're a New York Rangers fan.

After the news reported by NBC news, that the New York Rangers and New York Knicks owner James Dolan's brass decision to ban the sale of alcohol sales at Madison Square Garden. Dolan is ready to go to war with the New York state Liquor Authority as NBC News News has revealed:

"Dolan is considering banning all alcohol sales for the upcoming New York Rangers and New York Nicks games in protest of increased pressure over his company's use of facial recognition software at Madison Square Garden.
- NBC NEWS

The news comes after the fact that a team of Lawyers who was sueing Dolan's company was barred from attending any events in Madison Square Garden. Ater the news that the State Liquor Authority was investigating Dolan for this matter, Dolan decided to just bann the sales of Alcohol sales completey.

Dolan said: The SLA is way, beyond their skis. They're being extremely aggressive and they're saying 'We're going to take away your liquor license. So I have a little surprise for them. What we're gonna do, right, is we're going to pick a night, maybe a Rangers game, and we're gonna shut down all liquor and alcohol in the building "

- James Dolan

It shows that Dolan isn't going to feel bullied by the SLA, but I don't think Rangers fans who like to get their drink on during Rangers game's are going to be to happy, especially if this becomes a permanent thing in MSG.
