BREAKING: The NHL Has Canceled One of Today's All-Star Events
Last night, the NHL opened the All-Star weekend, and it was truly a humiliating performance, with what appeared to be more empty seats than people in attendance. Did Gary Bettman anticipate a large audience when he chose�in Florida? I don't think anybody did..
Well, it appears that the situation has gotten worse. Now, they are cancelling an event that was scheduled for today. The NHL has made the decision to postpone today's NHL All-Star Game Beach Festival event for spectators and watchers.
The National Hockey League today announced that due to severe weather conditions, including dangerous winds with gusts up to 40 m.p.h., the Truly Hard Seltzer #NHLAllStar Beach Festival is closed today.
The NHL Public Relations staff had previously said that the event would simply be postponed, but it has now been completely cancelled, proving their claim to be untrue.
The Truly Hard Seltzer beach festival opening for Saturday February 4th has been delayed, updates to come
This is another embarrassing look on the NHL.
