BREAKING: The Oilers make a major management change
The Edmonton Oilers have announced a major leadership change as Jeff Jackson, the agent of Connor McDavid, has been appointed as the new Oilers CEO of Hockey Operations.
Jackson, who represents McDavid, will now take on a significant role within the organization, and has now lost his eligibility to be an agent for several NHL superstars, one including McDavid.
Despite the change, McDavid will continue to stay with Wasserman Hockey and will now be represented by Judd Moldaver, who also represents Auston Matthews.
This move signals a significant shift in the Oilers' front office and will certainly help Connor McDavid re-sign with the Edmonton Oilers.
