Edmonton Oilers forward Mattias Janmark recently called out the team's defensive struggles as they've been letting in way too many goals. Janmark stated that the team's defense was not good enough and that they need to make changes to improve, which is fully true.

"I like where we are atwe have the players in here to score goals to win us games, we just have to bear down defensively."

The Oilers have been struggling defensively this season, allowing an average of 3.15 goals per game. This has put added pressure on the team's offense to score and win games, which is not a sustainable strategy in the long term. It also does not help when Jack Campbell has an off game, which seems to be every time he has started...

Janmark's comments highlight the need for the Oilers to address their defensive issues if they want to be successful this post-season.

It remains to be seen what steps the Oilers will take to address their defensive struggles, but Janmark's comments serve as a wake-up call for the team to make changes before it's too late.
