Edmonton Oilers' Klim Kostin Drops The Mitts With Fellow Tough Guy
Klim Kostin is a forward for the Edmonton Oilers known for his toughness and physicality on the ice. The 22-year-old Russian was drafted in the first round of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues before being traded to the Oilers in 2021. Kostin has shown a willingness to engage in physical battles and fight for his team, earning the respect of his teammates and opponents alike.
Despite his young age, Kostin has demonstrated a strong work ethic and determination, making him a valuable asset to the Oilers' roster.
At times, when opposing teams are looking for someone to fight to gain momentum Kostin will also be that guy, as exemplified in todays game against the Seattle Kraken when Kostin would drop the mitts.
The Kraken player left the game injured as he hit his head off the ice when falling, we hope he is okay.
