Over the past few weeks Edmonton Oilers fans and players have been asking General Manager Ken Holland to find them a puck moving defenceman.

Well with eight days remaining until the NHL trade deadline Holland has yet to find his man and the Oilers defensive issues continue to show.

Things have gotten so bad that a former Edmonton Oilers Prospect is calling out the Oilers on Social Media. Robbie Schremp who was a former Oilers Prospect and part of the Canadian Hockey League's team of the Century, the 2005 Memorial Cup champions the London Knights. He spent 6 years total in the NHL.

Schremp would roast the Oilers on Twitter during Wednesday's game vs the Flyers saying:

"Can you believe the puck ends up in the Oilers net just 6 seconds later? With this time and space, how the hell does #5 serve up that big grenade to his d partner? 🤯

Schremp was talking about Cody Ceci, who's had his ups and downs this season but let's be real the Oilers do need help on defence, and Holland needs to wake up sooner than later.
