Marc-Andre Fleury is a goalie who seemingly has always gotten the wrong end of the stick. He gets dumped out of Pittsburgh over young goalie Matt Murray, dumped again after his career year in Vegas, and slaughtered with pucks behind a terrible Chicago defense. Fleury has always been an amazing goalie, which makes the disrespect from the franchises he's played for that much more questionable.

Despite getting screwed over by the teams he plays for, he has always had a very successful career. Three Stanley cups, a vezina and a William Jennings trophy all full his career cabinet, as well as a new record he has his sights on beating:

With a shutout over the Islanders tonight, Fleury moves to second place on the all-time goalie wins leaderboard. This is an amazing accomplishment for him, especially since he has had to play for many different teams. If he were to go for number one on the list, he would still need an astounding 140 more wins, as Martin Brodeur has a very comfortable lead on him. It is very unlikely that Fleury ends up first on the list since he is 39 years old, but nonetheless second in wins is still a fantastic feat for an already highly decorated goaltender.
