As of late, PK Subban and Mark Messier, two retired players, have been signed onto the ESPN hockey panel and fans at home are sitting back with their popcorn enjoying it. Due to the fact that both Subban and Messier played in two completely eras, disagreements have been made at many times when analyzing certain plays.
The New York Rangers defenseman Ryan Lindgren was injured�Saturday during a game against�Washington Capitals,�as a result of a strong hit from the Capitals forward T.J. Oshie, a hit that Rangers coach Gerard Gallant would later refer to as a "cheap hit" after the game. Regardless of your opinion of the hit, Lindgren was ejected�from the game, and there were even rumours that he was seen wearing a sling afterwards.

You may have anticipated some bias from former NHL forward Mark Messier as he played in a much rougher period compared to Subban.� Messier blamed Lindgren for the injury, claiming the Rangers defender could have done more to protect himself.
As Messier gave his comments on�live on TV, Subban had enough and shook�his head in disgust. A quick-thinking fan quickly recorded and uploaded the following clip:
