NHL Makes Decision On the Alex Pietrangelo Suspension
Many NHL fans believe that the Vegas Golden Knights are a team favored by Gary Bettman.
This perception was reinforced when Alex Pietrangelo failed to receive a 10-game suspension and penalties for fighting after exiting the penalty box.
Alex Pietrangelo said that a league employee opened the penalty box at the end of last game and even asked if he could go on the ice before he did.
@GoldenKnights
Despite his clear violation of league rules, it seems that Pietrangelo will be back in the fold next game.
This blatant favoritism is unacceptable, especially since Pietrangelo was not innocent in this incident.
He claimed that an NHL employee opened the penalty box, but this is just an excuse for his behavior.
Unfortunately, the Department of Player Safety does not seem to prioritize the safety of players.
