The Edmonton Oilers picked up another statement win Friday night vs the Winnipeg Jets in Rogers Place by a score of 6-3.
However, what many people are talking about from this one was the questionable hit from Winnipeg Jets defensemen
Logan Stanley on Edmonton Oilers forward
Derek Ryan.
Stanley was given 2 minutes for boarding but many believed Stanley should of be handed a 5 minute major and game misconduct.
Stanley was probably frustrated that the Jets were losing, as well as Stanley requested a trade from the Jets but Jets General Manager Kevin Cheveldayoff didn't accommodate Stanley with a trade.
