Oilers Make Major Roster Moves During Training Camp Involving 15 Players

There has been an update to the Oilers roster on NHL.com, according to the Edmonton Oilers.

It was a massive roster trim to send 15 players back to the Bakersfield Condors AHL team.

One goaltender, five defencemen & nine forwards will report to the

A total of 15 players were sent back to the AHL, including one goalie, five defensemen, and nine forwards.

A list of the players who were released from their PTO and sent back to Bakersfield includes Tyler Parks, Xavier Bernard, Noah Ganske, Jake Johnson, Connor Corcoran, Cam Wright, Ture Linden, Dino Kambeitz, Ethan De Jong.

Maximus Wanner, Tyler Tullio, Jake Chiasson, Matvey Petrov, Jayden Grubbe, and Carl Berglund were among the players loaned back to Bakersfield.

It appears the Oilers are sticking with the same lineup from last season, as no new AHL players have been added to the regular lineup.

But that could always change down the road.
