Oilers Place Their Newest Signing on Waivers
The Oilers announced this morning that they have signed Justin Bailey to a one-year, two-way contract with a price tag of $750,000 annually.
The Oilers immediately placed Bailey on waivers for the purpose os sending him to the Bakersfield Condors, the Oilers AHL affiliate team.
