As all parents know, the arrival of their new child is always one of the most exciting and stressful times in their lives. Stuart Skinner Is experiencing that now. His wife Chloe is doing any day, and Skinner anxiously awaits.
This means it is less likely that he will be joining the Oilers for their back-to-back games when the Oilers will play their second game in Las Vegas.
This means, that Jack Campbell or Calvin Pickard we'll be getting the nod against the golden Knights. Campbell has started 18 games, with ten wins and eight losses, and one overtime loss. He holds a 3.59 GAA and a .879 SV%
Pickard, however, has yet to start a game with the Oilers and has played 116 games in his career with 35 wins, 54 losses, and 10 overtime losses. He holds a 3.04 GAA and a .903 SV% He has spent time with the Colorado Avalanche, Toronto Maple Leafs, Flyers, Coyotes, and Red Wings.
We wish the Skinner family all the best with their coming bundle of joy.
