Oiler's superstar centerman Leon Draisatil showed off his skill set last night against the Anaheim Ducks. Evan Bouchard was breaking down the right side when he saw Draisatil right in front of the net and passed to him and he scored a tip-in goal through his legs.
The German-born 27-year-old has been one of the most consistent Oilers players not named Connor McDavid. He has six points in five games and hopes to pass his 110 points from last season.
He also received a vote of confidence from his linemate and friend Connor McDavid while being on Sid and friends. McDavid felt that the All-Star game would not be the same without Draisitl and he should be inducted.
This is Draisaitl's 9th season with the Oilers, He has finished three seasons with over 100 points and six seasons with over 70 points. The Oilers will need that point production to continue to solidify a playoff spot.
The Oilers are on the road and will face the San Jose Sharks tomorrow at 10:00 PM.
