REPORT: Bad News For The Washington Capitals, The Russian Machine Has Broken
The Washington Capitals have one of the most injury-prone lineups this season as a result of a major portion of their team, including star forward Nicklas Backstrom and many others, as well as star defenseman John Carlson, being sidelined recently with a severe facial fracture.
The Capitals now look to have even less of a chance of making the playoffs after receiving more bad news. Due to a lower-body injury, Alexander Ovechkin will miss the next few games, and potentially more.
In a recent game against the Vegas Golden Knights without Ovechkin, the Capitals were crushed 6-2. We wish the Russian Machine a fast recovery.
