The New York Rangers are definitely going to regret trading away the NHL's resident tough guy Ryan Reaves who's becoming a fan favorite in Minnesota since the trade.
During Wednesday night's game between the Wild and visiting Detroit Red Wings Reaves would absolutely run over Red Wings Filip Hronek with the biggest hit this season. Hronek was caught with his head down at the wrong time and would get destroyed by Reaves.
Hronek was forced to leave the game, Reaves would continue his reign of terror in the 2nd period nailing Red wings Gustav Lidstrom, until, Lindstrom's teammate Ben Chiarot would drop the gloves with Reaves unfortunately Chiarot would take the loss to Reaves who would flex his gun on the way to the box.
Chiarot not well known for his fighting skills but hats off to him coming to defence of his teammates.
