Son of Flames franchise legend making waves in NHL draft year

It's always phenomenal whenever a retired NHL player can get their children to also be successful in the NHL. You have stories like the Tkachuks, the Nylanders and, of course, the Barries. The next of these stories inevitably seems to be the Iginlas, with Jarome's son's amazing performance in the WHL this year.
As it says in the post, Iginla has been amazing with 31 goals and 24 assists in the WHL. He currently sits at #26 in points per game across the league, behind many prominent names and previous high draft picks. He falls in the top 10 in the 2024 draft in some mock drafts, although that seems to be a bit on the high side. He's definitely on track to be a great player, and any team would be very happy to draft him.
It's so cool to see such an NHL legend be able to coach their kid to such high levels, and you can see flashes of the classic Iginla in his kid. Expect to see lots about this kid in the future, between his highlight reel flashes and carrying on his dad's legacy. Iginla's other son Joe has been very promising as well, and it could be a great thing for the league to see two junior Iginlas light up the league.
