The Edmonton Oilers are shaking up their lineup for tonight's game against the Arizona Coyotes, with some changes to their forward lines and sadly no changes to the defensive pairings.

The new lines see Evander Kane joining Connor McDavid and Matthias Janmark on the top line, while Ryan Nugent-Hopkins moves to the second line alongside Leon Draisaitl and Zach Hyman. Warren Foegele, Nick Bjugstad, and Kailer Yamamoto make up the third line, and Klim Kostin, Devin Shore, and Derek Ryan are on the fourth line.

On the defensive side, Darnell Nurse is paired with Cody Ceci, a pairing that fans have been calling to be split up for quite some time. While Mattias Ekholm is paired with Evan Bouchard, who is now the Oilers 'top pair', and Brett Kulak is paired with David Desharnais. Jack Campbell will be in goal.

With the playoffs looming, the Oilers are looking to find the right combinations to help them make a deep run. The new lineup is a shake-up, and the players will be looking to build chemistry and create scoring chances against the struggling Coyotes.
