The Edmonton Oilers May Have Found Their Fourth Line Center
As free agency continues, veteran center Paul Stastny remains without a team. However, the Edmonton Oilers and Ottawa Senators have both shown interest in the 37-year-old player.
For the Oilers, their focus is currently on RFAs Evan Bouchard and Ryan McLeod. But considering the need for an upgrade at the fourth-line center position, it's no surprise that Stastny has emerged as a potential target.
His experience and skills could enhance their bottom six and even earn him a spot on their second power-play unit.
On the other hand, there is Another Canadian team in the running for this veteran forward
The Senators are determined to compete for a playoff spot this season. Improving their bottom six is crucial, and Stastny could be an excellent addition, providing leadership for the younger players.
As the season approaches, we'll have to wait and see if either team manages to secure Stastny's signature.
