In a recent tweet by the NHL Network, Canadian hockey fans express their hate towards the starting goalie options for Canada in the upcoming 4Nations Face-Off.

Several of these options including Jordan Binnington, Adin Hill, Logan Thompson, and Oilers starting goaltender Stuart Skinner have either gone to the Stanley Cup finals recently or have won the Stanley Cup in the past several years.

But fans are not convinced that these guys are the way to go and gone are the days of leaning on Canada's goaltending that has been one of the key pieces that helps secure the countries wins in international play.

Players like Marty Brodeur, Ed Belfour, Carey Price and even Marc Andre Fleury who is now almost 40 years old are not options anymore and it seems that less than stellar options are what Canada will need to use.

But it is likely that Canada's management team will encircle this roster with some of the best defenseman and forwards that the game must potentially insulate any leaks in the goaltending department.

All these goalies are capable to winning games and taking their teams on a run, but it'll come down to how the Canadian team is built.
