With Jack Campbell coming off a shutout against the Henderson Silver Knights, now may be a good time to find out how much he'd cost to move.

Campbell has been struggling lately, so moving him may cost more than Ken Holland wants.

To make trading Jack Campbell's contract palatable to other teams, the Oilers may have to trade Xavier Bourgault or a 1st round pick.

There are four years left on Campbell's contract at $5 Million AAV, which is potentially a ticking time bomb. In order to find his game again, he was sent to the AHL.

So far, Campbell has played 4 games for the Bakersfield Condors and has only had one shutout.

With a 1-3-0 record, a 3.26 GAA, and a .873 save percentage, he still has an unimpressive record.

Dreger went on to say in order to unload Campbell's contract (deal has to be money in/money out for it to work for Edmonton) he would have to add a 1st RD pick or Xavier Bourgault, he does not want to leave the new incoming GM in a bad situation.

In the AHL, his performance hasn't been as good as the Oilers hoped.

With the team still hoping to be cup contenders this season, changes will need to be made and Campbell's $5 Million dollar contract, will have to be moved.
